I went through https://www.localagentfinder.com.au to try to find a real estate agent to sell my investment property. I was recommended R&W, Richard Elliot, Blue Chip Real Estate, Pyrmont First National, Belle property and LJ Hooker. All of them either told me that they would not be able to sell my property, were unresponsive or did not have current valid real estate licenses. Eva from Kho and Lee was not even recommended on this site and was able to respond quickly and get a great result. 5 stars.
