Purchased Dream House from Eva Lu

It only takes 3 days between our first inspection and exchange of contract for our dream house, incredible! Eva showed us the property although we arrived a bit late. During the inspection, our asked lots of questions and all have been answered in very detail and honestly by Eva. 2 days after we requested a second inspection as we just can't wait, all the family and close friends have been invited to see the property together, it's a bit chaos onsite to be honest and we stayed overtime, however Eva didn't show any inpatience and answered all the questions from family & friends which helped us make up our mind. Negotiation with vendor didn't take too long as all stakeholders - Eva, solicitors of both party were involved very efficiently, and we lock the deal in just 1 day with a win-win result I believe. Now we are working on the mortgage part and can't wait to move into our dream house, thank you Eva!
