I’ve Purchased and Sold 5 properties in last 5 years and therefore have come across a great many real estate agents. Sold two properties in last twelve months alone and both where under influence from negative press and interest rate pressure - long story short - Evan far exceeds any agent I’ve come across. He researches - he listens - knows the market - what his buyers are looking for - looks for the marketing angles. We sold this particular property in just one weekend opening (23 came to look) and in just a week and a half - we didn’t even open for the second weekend. We did have a great property - there wasn't much supply around - but there was huge pressure from social media about interest rates and pricing - none of this fazed Evan. He used his experience and highly developed skills to get the price we wanted in a minimum of time. I only wished I had him for my previous home sold - I would have gotten a much better outcome - I don’t say any of this lightly. He is one of the best I have come across.
