Evan helped the reviewer sell this property

Perfect Professionalism

Evan like his partner Theo brings a wealth of market knowledge based on years of working in the Eastern Suburbs Real Estate Market. Evan and Theo know the local area well and were excellent at translating this knowledge and interpreting the market to me. Evan communicates clearly, to the point and like Theo, both agents communicated regularly with me. Evan was proactive in the sales process and regularly tested and revised his sales strategies. Theo and Evan work as a team and between them have a great capacity for matching vendor and buyer needs. Evan is a great listener. He got what I was looking for and why from the outset. This team's expertise and capacity inspired my trust and sense of security in what was an anxious time due to the effects of COVID 19. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to sell or buy in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
