Evan showed a great knowledge of the properties he had on the market, and the area in which they're situated. His presentation is very professional and he's extremely courteous. Evan had a property going to market that suited our requirements, he worked out of hours and went above and beyond to organise a private inspection, knowing that I couldn't attend an Open House. With Evan's excellent service, it allowed us to sign a contract and secure our dream home before the actual day of the Open House. After the contract was signed, Evan always remained contactable and answered all our questions, while keeping us up to date right through to handover.
