Evan is a professional real estate agent that cared about my sale. Once I invite him to have a chat he always said the pros and cons of what you are trying to achieve honestly. Evan never promised me the Moon and give me nothing rather he always promised what he successfully deliver. He was honest about evaluating my property and never settled for second best when he brought me an offer. Although my property was not the luxurious style finish and I personally was not too exited about the sale, Evan was able to see the value in my property and he delivered what he promised, which was above 600k. I would recommend Evan to any friend, family and others who are interested in having a good sale. My only advice to the seller how deals with Evan is: Trust Evan, because he is trustworthy.
