Evan is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with, with his smiling and welcoming greeting makes you comfortable when ever you go to see any properties that he manages, never gets annoyed by the questions you ask nor the time you take to view the property, he’s fair to the buyer and seller. With out Evan I’d find a home to buy because the other agents were focusing on selling not helping first home buyers like me to understand the market.
