I had a deadline to find a house as I was planning to do a same day settlement with my recently sold house. As I had so many requirements to satisfy about the size of the house, location etc etc. I knew what we wanted as a family. But overwhelmed by the pressure. We listed 7 houses for inspections and it turned out to be that 5 of them were listed by Evan. One of the thing that highlighted was he had all of the top listings from our list. It was no brainer for us to think that he must be good as what he is doing by looking at those properties. One of the technique I used in the past to filter good agents from bad agent was to call them at unreasonable hours asking for a private inspection. No surprise he picked the phone and set-up an inspection time. On the day we agreed for the inspection we were ended inspecting most of the house from our list. I had good enough hours to talk to him and understand him. With my experience I can say that he is one of the genuine realsestate agents who works really hard to bring good deals for vendors and buyers. There was a time he asked us to take remove our shoes before entering to a house we inspected. The reason was vendor has asked Evan not to wear shoes inside the house. I was impressed by the fact that he honred the vendor by following what vendor has asked him. These small traits helped us a lot to stick with him and buy a house from him. He always returned my calls and messages. Also during the negotiation he didn't just take the vendor's side as a buyer he looked at my concerns too. I can highly recommend Evan for buyers who are really picky and worries about small things. He really helped us to find what we were hoping to buy for our family.
