We purchased an apartment in Hamilton, assisted by Evander. As we were only completing a virtual inspection, Evander took the time to include as many aspects of the property as possible. Evander communicated with the vendor on our behalf, and we felt confident that we achieved a great result with our purchase, but with the vendors needs being respected by Evander.
