Struggling in the real estate market from over year and a half to find our first home, made us introduce to Evdon Brentham at one of the open houses. We had an excellent experience working with Evdon at every step involved from the first inspection until the settlement process. He was understanding and quite active and prompt in addressing our concerns and issues. We would highly recommend Evdon as he is an incredible agent who provided all the guidance and expertise we were after from our agent.
Evdon is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was extremely helpful and patient. Being a first time seller Evdon guided me through the process. Highly recommend him.

“My husband Gerry and I would highly recommend Evdon Brentham as per our recent personal experience with him. He has surpassed our expectation in the area of property sales and acquisitions. We have found Evdon to be very professional and greatly knowledgeable in handling the sale of our home at Macquarie Links. He is an amazing agent to deal with, both with his clients and the buyers. We are very happy and astonished with his talent in carrying out his responsibilities and in making a difference in handling every facet of marketing properties. It has surprised us and we were astounded by Evdon’s aptitude on how to maximise the sale value of his clients’ home, e.g. he would make a suggestion on how to enhance the appearance of the home both internally and externally, be it a very old homes. His strategy in property business is truly commendable. Evdon is simply an amazing and astounding agent.
My sister and I had to sell our mothers house in a short period of time. We selected One Agency and was extremely happy with our agents, Jeff Thompson and Evdon Brentham. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and empathetic. We approached them in March and had the house sold mid April with an excellent outcome; better than we ever imagined. They organised a lot of open houses and inspections and went to great pains to deliver an excellent result. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone!
Evdon is a trustworthy and reliable real estate expert whom I have never seen in person so far as I have been in overseas for months. He was introduced by Marvel Realty. He had done great work before listing, and only about 10 days after we signed the agency agreement, we found buyer ! During the cooling period time Evdon tried his best to help us to get document in need for each party (Selling / Purchasing). I recommend Mr Evdon Brentham of One Agency for you to chose!
Evdon was wonderful to deal with. His knowledge of the real estate market, professionalism and commitment is to be commended. We are extremely pleased with his service and thankful to One Agency.
Usually it's a bad experience with agents but this was perfect. Can't fault it even the slightest
