Evdon is a master at creating interest and engaging prospective buyers. I had over 50 groups through. The open house was Saturday and my house sold the following day over the top of my price range. He is super helpful and Evdon's communication is excellent. I can't recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be coming back to him if I sell again.
