We got to know Evelyn in a more thorough manner while we were looking for a house in Hervey Bay. She did not get upset despite the fact that we were not able to purchase a house under her hand. Evelyn went above and beyond with our house sale, there was some family issues and our Nan had no one to help her in Hervey bay, when she thought of selling her house earlier in the year she had contacted Evelyn. So when Nan came home from a hospital visit we contacted Evelyn to see if she could go check on her. Which she did and helped her so much until we could get there to pick her up. Nan then decided it was time to sell and Evelyn took care of absolutely everything while we moved her up to FNQ. She took care of everything from afar! and even had some unfortunate dealings with another family member in HB which was an elder abuse case and which she dealt with amazingly and worked with police. All of this was help was out of the goodness of her heart and we can't thank her enough!. Regarding the house she found a seller within a couple of weeks and all was settled super fast. She really has a passion for helping others and doing the right thing by her customers, if you live in the Urraween area do yourself a favour and contact Evelyn to sell or help you purchase a property she is the best.
