I purchased my land (Urraween) from Evelyn and she worked side by side with me for the initial purchase, then helped my again when The Subdivision progressed through Council.  Therefore, first person I called when I wanted to sell the land was Evelyn. She has kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the Sale and the Finance extensions. Sending me text messages or phoning me to get my approval for things.   She was there to oversee everything that needed to be carried out.  Evelyn negotiated a good price for the land as well. Evelyn has been the most helpful real-estate agent we have ever dealt with after buying and selling many properties over our life time. She has gone to a great deal of effort to find information on this property for us, including finding trades people for us, gathering information from the local council and helping us with our move. Currently living in NSW, it has been difficult to get to the property to gather information, but Evelyn has been more than willing to do that for us making the transition easy for us.
