Evgenia was on top of everything from our very first chat. Her strategies were excellent. Evgenia arranged for cleaners, gardeners and kerbside pick-ups because I wasn't in a position to do so. Nothing was too difficult. Her knowledge of the local market was impressive, she called me several times a week to keep me updated and to lessen my stress. She was very professional but kind and considerate throughout. Thanks to her the sale was swift and achieved a great result.
