From the get go Evie was extremely personable. She had a great knowledge of the property and of the current market. Evie ALWAYS did what she said she would do without prompting or reminding, a text, an email, finding out information etc... she was always on top of it. I would say Evie went above and beyond in assisting me with this purchase. It is always a daunting task dealing with a new agent but I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Evie and her agency for any future dealings when it comes to buying or selling a house. Having heard (and believed) all the cliches about real estate agent I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Evie and entrust her with the sale of my property. I felt constantly informed, involved without actually having to do much and anything I asked (right down to flowers for the open) was no problemo! I was very pleased not to have gotten the high pressure sales - would not want it as a buyer, did not want it as a seller. I was happy with the service and most importantly I felt that Evie worked really hard to get me a great price that exceeded my expectations. On making the decision to sell our unit in Ascot Vale. Victoria (we live in WA) we contacted 2 agents.
