Extremely disappointing, offensive names, intimidation
I was extremely disappointed after calling to get help post settlement. What was a very small clerical error that I expressed frustration about turned into an argument and I was called names using extremely offensive behaviour that I can’t leave in a review. This agent has now use intimidation & threats rather than deescalation. Very disappointing.

You are expected to uphold the standards you advocate. Contacting me at 8:00 a.m. and using offensive language over a minor issue, such as a board not being removed, is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. Your conduct during that call was unacceptable and lacked basic professional courtesy.
You should be aware that your behaviour has been formally reported through the appropriate channels, with supporting evidence provided. Additionally, I am in possession of corroborating evidence from another agency who experienced similar language and conduct from you.
As an industry professional, you should understand that the use of profanity and derogatory remarks—particularly referring to me as “pork chop” while being aware of my religious beliefs—is deeply disrespectful and wholly inappropriate. Such conduct falls well below the standards expected in this industry.
