We have been very pleased with the service Fab provided us on the sale of our home. There was complete clarity in the process and he negotiated well with potential buyers to achieve the best outcome for us.

While I have rated Fab highly and would recommend him, there have been several small issues that have left a " bad taste in our mouths" Firstly the dish washer was taken from the home when we believed it would stay. As well, where is was disconnected from the plumbing the connection was not sealed causing a leak. One of the toilets leaks. One of the fans in the oven does not work. No instructions books/manuals have been left. Reticulation at the front is partially not working. Small matters but important to us.

We would recommend Fab to anyone wanting to sell their home!! Not only were we happy with Fab selling our home in Fremantle but he backed it up by finding our dream home in Kensington. With all our dealings with Fab we found him to be honest, reliable and a great communicator. We can’t thank Fab enough for his service and he deserves all the praise and recognition he gets.
