Faizal is a god, I had a horrible divorce and without Faizal it would have been worse. He was professional in every aspect of the word, average sales for this area 76-79 but this man sold it in 2 can you believe this 2 days and it was dusted. Beyond that he got me $5k more than I expected. If you are a seller and do not get Faizal to list your property then I feel sorry for you. I wish he was northside so he could find me one. Faizal was very knowledgeable and professional. Whether buying or selling, I would use him again as he reached for a good price on our behalf because he went the extra mile. Due to personal reasons, we were not able to complete all the renovations as planned, but Faizal researched what we had not finished to sell both the house and the potential.
