Fatema was great to deal with throughout the purchase. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and very quick to respond whenever I had a question. She also kept in touch regularly by phone and email to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. She was also very helpful in supporting the transfer of the existing tenant to us. Overall, she made the whole process much easier and less stressful.
