Faye has some knowledge of the market, unfortunately the sale process was significantly prolonged with not too much action from the agent until pushed. Once a new strategy was set the sale followed soon afterwards. Biggest challenge was understanding value due to lack of sales in the area of the property type, but not as much drive and creativity to create a sale as I'd have liked.
