Fayez was excellent to work with. During December I reach out Fayez looking to sell my property in the new year. Fayez had sold other properties in the area recently and advised me that he had some clients that had missed out and might be a fit of my property. Fayez showed the property to his clients and we able to do a deal with one of his clients who came to the viewing 'off market'. A great result which we are very pleased about.
