Raphael has excellent market knowledge, great communication and negotiating skills. He is confident and genuine in his approach to marketing my property and I was very comfortable in entrusting Raphael to look after the whole process from marketing to auctioning and finally getting a sale for my property. Thanks Raphael.

We had a great experience with Raphael. He is straight to business which I really liked, and was clear in his advice and approach. We followed most of his advice and ended up with a great result. He knows the Coburg market very well and we certainly recommend him to anyone selling in Coburg. He was also very reasonable on fees which we were nervous about to begin with.

After talking to several agents over a 6 month period I chose Raphael and his team based on a review of the agents working in the area and his commitment to providing a quality service. I was not disappointed! Raphael and his associates Gebran and Hamza, and Danielle in the background, were brilliant in the weeks leading up to the campaign commencing and throughout the 4 weeks my property was on the market. Raphael provided excellent advice on what needed to be done to get the property ready, including providing contacts to trades to undertake the work; to providing a steadying and calming influence when a few obstacles arose as we worked our way through the process. Gebran is also a great dog patter and my dogs will miss his enthusiasm when we return from yet another open for inspection! Raphael knows this market, his communication skills are excellent and he and his team worked tirelessly to achieve a fabulous outcome. I can't thank them enough for what they achieved for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Raphael and his team based on my experience of their professionalism, market knowledge and hard work.

We can't recommend Raphael Houston from Ray White Real Estate in Coburg highly enough! From the moment we entrusted him with the sale of our house, Raphael provided an exceptional level of service that went above and beyond our expectations. Despite being based quite some distance away in Queensland, we were kept in the loop at every stage of the process. Raphael made a point of informing us about each and every enquiry made on the house, ensuring we never felt out of touch or uncertain about how things were progressing. His efficiency is truly commendable. From organizing the initial inspections to finalizing the sale, every step was handled with a professional and strategic approach. The result? A quick and profitable sale that far exceeded our expectations! But what truly sets Raphael apart is his professional manner. Selling a house can be a stressful experience, but Raphael's calm, confident approach put us at ease.
