Raphael’s market knowledge impressed me from the moment I met him. I was never left wondering how things were progressing as he kept me updated constantly. I cannot fault his commitment to selling my property, whilst the sale price was slightly disappointing, the whole experience certainly wasn’t. Would highly recommend him to others! Thanks so much Raphael!

Right from the initial conversation to the marketing campaign Raphael has conducted himself in a very professional manner, and went the long distance to ensure that all our needs regarding the sale of the property where met. He has a very friendly and vibrant personality and it was a pleasure to have him as our agent. Thank you Raphael for your hard work and good outcome for all. Gina & Bruno.

Thank you Raphael for an amazing and successful sales campaign ! Raphael constantly went above and beyond to ensure that we achieved a great outcome on Auction day. His regular updates and communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and much appreciated. A young Agent who is definitely going places, we could not recommend him more highly.

Raphael, is a person with immense knowledge and integrity sold our property in amazing record time.

Thank you, Raphael for your help to purchase our new property in Fawkner. Raphael from Ray white Coburg is not only a fantastic professional real-estate agent, but also a kind, friendly and polite person. Raphael is very helpful and informative and took me through the process of purchasing this property step by step. I had an amazing experience; I would recommend any one to work with Raphael.

The support and approach to the process was very transparent. Raphael is super responsive and very diligent, answering all our questions and caring about our needs. His responses proved to be genuine from the start to the end of the process, and nothing like other unreliable agents that we had met in Coburg and Preston area! Thanks to Raphael, we had an amazing experience in buying our house.

Raphael was very friendly and professional in the way he approached the sale of my property. The sale was completed very successfully. He was also very helpful with a problem with the house I am buying.

Went above and beyond in supporting the successful sale of our home. Highly recommended Raphael.

Raphael, made it easy for me to sell my property. He was punctual answered all my questions and put me at ease. Always smiling and happy. He was respectful and never pushy! Went out of his way to help me through the sale.

Great response time with relevant feedback. Up to date market knowledge and great advice for tailored situations!

We had a fantastic experience with Raphael, his service was outstanding - easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Made us feel very comfortable during the process of buying my first home. Hope we can work together again in the future.

We had the best experience dealing with Raphael, he managed to attract around 70 inspections throughout the campaign! He was updating us on regular basis by phone calls, messages, emails and most importantly detailed reports of all the offers! Raphael and the team also managed to bring the auction 1 day earlier as a quick response to the covid-19 lockdowns announcements on 12 of Feb, although it was an extremely short notice, Raphael successfully contacted all interested buyers and successfully led to an amazing busy auction, leaving us and the idding winner with a smile on our face. I can't recommend Raphael enough, and will deal with him again to sell my second property
