I recently had the pleasure of working with Raphael to sell my property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. One of the challenges we faced was that we were interstate during the sale process, which made it difficult for us to oversee the preparation of the property. However, Raphael stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. He coordinated with the contractor and property stylist to get the property in top condition before it went on the market. The attention to detail and dedication to presenting the property in the best possible light was truly impressive. Throughout the sales campaign, Raphael kept us informed every step of the way. He provided detailed notes after each open house event, including feedback from potential buyers, which allowed us to stay updated and make informed decisions, even from a distance. His communication skills were excellent, and we always felt like we were in the loop. When it came time for the auction, Raphael really shone. He demonstrated his negotiation skills and expertise in the real estate market, ultimately achieving a great result that exceeded our expectations. Overall, working with Raphael was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving great results sets him apart, and I am grateful for his hard work and dedication throughout the process.

Choosing an agent was a difficult decision given this was our biggest asset to date. Thank you to Raphael for his hard-work, dedication (after hours and on weekends), and focus to achieve an outstanding sale price in a timely manner. Their administrative support Danielle was also very supportive with preparing marketing material and always clarified any questions we had. Raphael also had an amazing list of tradespeople and lawyers we could connect with whom also were honest and hardworking. Highly recommend.
