Initially it was his persistence to sell my property and go the extra mile to get it ready for sale that had me chose him over another very good choice. He was persistent without being pushy. Once I made the choice to engage Fedja his communication and updates were regular regardless of the time of day. Our working hours often clashed and he was super flexible around my business working times. This often involved me speaking with Fedja after hours in the late evening. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really made the whole experience a pleasant one. Fedja is a genuine young man wanting to do his best in an industry that doesn’t have the best of reputations for great customer service. He is personable, honest and reliable and is a real stand out in an industry that’s not know for being either of these two things.
