Feli Budiman

Buying our first home in Australia was a dream come true thanks to Felicita Budiman! She eased us into the market with so much warm, positive energy and made every step feel fun and stress-free. Felicita was wonderfully sweet, super calm, and completely trustworthy. She was always on top of sorting every single detail out for us before we even asked! We felt so supported and couldn't have done this without her. She went above and beyond to give us total peace of mind. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite agent of all time! great service, and somehow managed to make buying a house feel like a fun experience! Super helpful, easy to deal with, and got the job done. A highly recommended agent!

Feli was really helpful and show a lot of professional knowledge when dealing with her on our recent property purchase.

From our first conversation, she was friendly, genuine and easy to trust. We’d had a few disappointing experiences with real estate agents before, but she quickly restored our confidence in the whole process. She took the time to really understand where we were at and was always respectful of both our needs and the seller’s. Her communication was clear and honest, and we never felt pressured or “sold to”. Instead, we felt supported and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble – she answered every question, followed up quickly and guided us through each step so we always knew what was happening. You could tell she truly wanted a good outcome for everyone involved. We’re very thankful for her help and would gladly recommend Feli to anyone looking for a sincere, professional and caring real estate agent.

Feli was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. She kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole selling process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated agent.

Working with Feli was the best decision we made. Her communication? Flawless. Her dedication? Unmatched. She knows her stuff and works tirelessly to close the deal—it was clear she was fighting for us. We hit the jackpot when we found Feli and are so grateful for her expertise. When it's time to sell again, there's no question: Feli gets the call. 10/10, absolutely the best! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
