Felice helped the reviewer buy this property

Purchasing our first property

Our experience with Felice was exceptional. After meeting at the first inspection of the listing he provided great communication over the weeks up until auction. We appreciated his upfront outlook on real estate, as he gave us his honest opinion of the market, the current opportunity and his experience within the area. Felice was quick and responsive to our calls, particularly as we had many questions for the process. I'd recommend Felice for future work.
