I had to rebuild my rental property, which required securing special financing and selling it after completion to recoup my investment. It was a significant risk, but the property had no value unless I rebuilt it. Shortly after starting the rebuild, I wanted to understand how to maximize my chances of getting a good price in the area. I contacted Felicia, whose billboard I saw outside a property for sale down the street. She visited the work site and listened to the builder and me as we shared our vision of a Coastal Theme without structural changes. She suggested adding more light, so we included two skylights in the kitchen and dining area. I consulted her throughout the process, which gave me confidence that we were on track. When it came time to sell, Felicia made the process easy, even though I live in Sydney and we did everything remotely. She guided me through all stages of the sale with patience and understanding. Her professionalism and excellent advice were invaluable. She was always supportive, providing feedback after each inspection and guiding me on pricing. As time went on, we developed Plan A and Plan B strategies. Eventually, a solid offer came in. Although it was less than I wanted, it was more than I needed to break even. Felicia explained the issues, outlined Plan A and Plan B, and discussed the risks while referring to our vision with my wife and me. She never pushed us and was very patient. In the end, all three of us agreed that we had secured a good deal. The timing was perfect, and we were very happy.

We live in Sydney and our unit is located in Coffs Harbour, so we did most of our correspondence over the phone.
