When I made the difficult decision to sell my "dream home" of more than 10 years; I had to ask myself which agent will I use? A tough decision, as I was trusting someone I didn't know to not only sell my property, but to see my property the way I did and to understand who I was; why I was selling and to obviously make it a smooth and seamless process. Felcity tracked me down by phone and asked if I was intersted in selling; my reply, " funny you should ask". Felicity came out to my property and we meet for the first time. What impressed me with her, was she was fully prepared, knew the market in my area, had a proposed marketing strategy to discuss with me and she made me feel at ease with one of the biggest decisions - selling my home. From the outset Felicity kept me update with what was happening, we did a one week "Off Market" campaign, she called me every day to give me an update - outstanding! I was never left to guess or wonder what was happening, was there any interest, Felicity kept me informed the whole way through including on the open days held and provided feedback from prospective buyers. Felicity knows her buyers and sellers and she does a awesome job of marrying the two together. Felicity sold my property in 2 weeks and for more than the asking price; so, as a seller, I couldn't be more stoked! We can only say the best things about Felicity. She was professional, friendly and genuine. She went out of her way to assist us as we were about to go overseas - and wanted to sort out the paperwork quickly. We also needed her to check on the house a few times before settlement while we were away. Stephanie was always quick to respond and follow-up and has excellent communications skills. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we are very happy with the beautiful house we bought. The McGrath agency staff were also very helpful. We would recommend Stephanie and McGrath's to anybody wanting to buy (or sell) a house.
