Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do in your lifetime (and one of the most rewarding). Felicity was excellent in helping us negotiate our first house purchase on the Central Coast, in fact first one in Australia. Felicity was very knowledgeable about the house and the area and was first rate in keeping us updated with the process. We would have no problem recommending Felicity to anyone.

Felicity answered many of my questions and spoke with me about many properties over a long period of time until I came across the perfect property to buy. I found Felicity Jackson from Century 21 Kincumber, to be a great agent although the house took some time to sell but due to mitigating circumstances, caused by the owners of the Village, e.g. No dogs were allowed on my side of the road in the village.
