We met Felicity just prior to moving interstate when looking for an Estate Agent and decided that she would be the best person to present our home for sale. We are very pleased that we did. In the middle of lockdown no. 6 in Melbourne we were faced with the challenges of not being able to have our townhouse staged, maintained and photographed for sale, open home inspections and face to face negotiations. Felicity knew her local market extremely well and assured us that together with her extensive data base and zoom meeting walk through appointments, she would be able to find a suitable buyer. Felicity had to work very hard but as promised, secured us a great buyer for our property and negotiated with diligence on our behalf, achieving a great sale price for our property.
