Couldn’t be happier!

After purchasing our new home through Felicity, we had no doubt in choosing her to sell our current property too. Felicity is enthusiastic, warm and genuine. We loved how there was no sales spiel or inflated promises, just honest, clear communication and conversations. It is obvious that she definitely cares about both her vendors and buyers, and she puts so much time and thought into all that she does. Felicity made the whole sales process extremely easy for us. We were well informed about what needed to be done to best prepare our property for sale. And all the associated dates and timeframes were clearly set out for us. We knew when every open for inspection or private viewing was going to be, and she provided feedback on the same day after each one. Our pre auction meeting was so helpful and informative. So we felt well briefed and very prepared, no matter what the outcome was on the day. We couldn’t be happier with our auction result though, and thanks to Felicity, we achieved a figure so much higher than our reserve and what we expected.
