Words cannot describe the experience I had purchasing my first property through Felipe, from the beginning I was impressed with his presentation, personality and kind nature. Prior to my purchase I viewed three open homes, attended two auctions and placed a bid on a property. All of them failed, I was demotivated and demoralised; during a random search on realestate.com.au I stumbled across a property that was advertised by Felipe. This property was exactly what I wanted, the location, condition and price were all within my plan. Attending the open home I met Felipe, bubbly and energetic as he greeted every customer. No question was too silly, no query was unanswered and no one left the property without the complete understanding of what was to be expected. I pulled Felipe to the side and said "Felipe, this is my property now, I need your help in securing my first home" he looked at me and said "we will get this for you, you belong in this house". I would have made at least twenty calls and texts to Felipe over three days post open house, every time he would pickup the phone and answer all my questions, address my concerns and provide exceptional detail. The process began, I finally secured the property. During the cooling-off period and settlement period Felipe was there to advise on the entire process. He identified exactly what my solicitors and bank would say at every stage, providing consistent support and resolution to any issue either party had regarding contracts, approvals and inspections. He always made time for me, given my standard working week I was unable to view the house further unless it was on weekends. I'd send him a text and within minutes I'd receive a response detailing his availability, on the last occasion he drove over 45 minutes to meet me at the property so that my builder would advise on the appropriate plan moving forward; we were there for only 15 minutes.
