After meeting with him it was easy to negotiate the purchase of the property and all the pieces in between until key handover. Fergus is a great salesman and he has the persona and character of a experienced "well experienced professional". Treating everyone the same with respect and courtesy. Something I found missing over my experience in my recent purchase.
