I have interacted with Ferry for a few properties in 2021 whilst on my property hunt. For each property Ferry was very transparent in the vendors expectations of price, or whether to just wait until auction. This was a refreshing take as other agents can use offers against you. 5 minutes after the first inspection of the property we agreed on the price, pending legal reviews.
