We engaged Ferry to sell our property at the beginning of 2019. At the time, we had considered selling but were in no rush to put our property on the market. Ferry took the time to visit our apartment and gave us a realistic appraisal without forcing the issue. We told Ferry that the price range was a little below what we were looking for, but ultimately agreed with his judgement and chose to wait on the sidelines. Two other agents that I had contacted at that time tried to force the issue and ultimately we dispensed with them very quickly. Ferry kept in touch over the following months and in October this year communicated with us that if we were still interested in selling, that he could get us what we were looking for. Ferry designed a timeline for the sale, provided suggestions around staging, and interacted with our tenants in a manner that did not cause them to be put out. Ferry kept us in the loop at every stage of the process and provided excellent guidance with a number of important matters. He even drove to our house after-hours on Friday to complete the sale, knowing that it was difficult for me to travel at the time. We achieved a sale price above our expectations and would not hesitate to use Ferry again.
Ferry has a good knowledge and reading of the market and was able to sell my property in what could be considered a difficult time for selling when there were few buyers around. His communications in keeping us updated on progress and finalizing the deal were excellent.

Ferry is extremely hardworking. He brought people to see the property until 8 o'clock at night and still gave me a call back for updated. Moreover, he sent us a very detailed report every week, and he worked very hard to achieve the best price for us. He answered our calls in the very early morning or even Sunday. He is also very effective and does NOT promise something that is not possible. Furthermore, he has very well market knowledge and excellent experience to work with his clients.
