I first met Ferry at an open home (as a potential buyer). He was polite, tentative, and seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about the regional market. Thus even though I didn't end up buying the property he represented, I looked up his track record when I decided to sell my place. Let's say I was not one bit disappointed after signing up with him. The whole process was painless. He is always contactable (more so than I can say for myself) and reliable. His sharp awareness of the local market and honesty (I know, a rare quality amongst realtors) helped me to achieve (what I'd think) a very respectable outcome. Having seen him from both sides (buyer & seller) - I have an unreserved recommendation for Ferry to represent your property.
Ferry acts for his vendor and not us the buyers so his negotiation and credibility experience is lower for us being the buyers. But this would have been different if we were the vendor I am sure! His communication skills are excellent as he was polite, prompt and informative with our enquiries during the marketing, during the negotiation and post exchange and completion of sale. What impressed me to leave this rating for Ferry (because its not like he got us a bargain!) was that he went out of his ways to ensure the deal went through for his client and us: he came and picked up signed contract from us and dropped off the keys post completion. He left good enough impression with me that if I was to sell, Ferry would be one of the agents I would talk to about my property.
