Matt was always a pleasure to deal with and kept me in the loop the entire way. He's exceptional customer service makes the entire selling process nice and easy and I would definitely recommend starr partners merrylands to everybody I know. Thankyou again Matt for all your knowledge and help along the way.
Matt was extremely helpful with helping us sell our house and explained the process thoroughly every step of the way. He always was honest with us and was available when we had questions. Thank you for everything Matt 🙏😊 Sadiq&Sara
Matt has just sold my house and i am very please with the way he handled the sale. He gave me updates twice a week notting the progress step by step, he knew what he was doing. He is professional experienced and honest and i recommend him anytime.
By far the most professional and efficient property agency I've dealt with. Exceeding all our expectations.
I found Matt to be very professional and friendly with his expertise in the real estate market.
From the get-go they were professional. quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable and kept us updated through the whole process. With my mum passing, it was a very challenging time for us personally, however the service Matt provided was calm and reassuring. Matt suggested Silent Auction which we not have thought of which proved to be very successful with a generous offer winning the bid, We did have an issue with the first buyer but Matt was on the case and turned it around and had a new buyer with 24 hours. Matt showed us genuine care, accountability and he always had a positive mind set through your the whole experience . We would definitely work with Matt again in the future and can’t recommend him highly enough
Matt is such a pro! Even when your stressed, as selling can be a little stressful, he has your back and makes you feel assured. Was always available and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. To say I am please with my outcome... would be an understatement!
Matt was in constant contact with us , he has a very good knowledge of the local real estate market and the guide he placed on our property was a good indication of the value in the area. We are very pleased we chose Matt as our agent, the property sold quickly with a higher than expected price.
Matts' knowledge of the current market and the area was exceptional, always professional and constantly keep us up to date. Very patient and showed empathy with the sale of our family home. The weekly reports with buyers comments were great feedback. We are so pleased that we chose Matt and Starr Partners. We honestly can't give any negative feedback as it has been a most pleasant experience. We would definitely buy and sale in the future through Starr Real Estate. Great Team.

Matt assured me that my home would sell quickly and I felt an inner knowing that he knew his craft well. He was kind, respectful and friendly. Matt reported to me very regularly during the process of getting my home ready for the sale and he continually reassured me about the process. His knowledge about the real estate market was very evident. I even got the impression he works seven days a week to serve his clients well. During the week of the sale he spoke to me every day. His cheery disposition never wavered. My home had a deposit taken just two weeks after the first open home. I will recommend Matt Carpenter to anyone who wants to sell their home. Thank you Matt. Sincerely Kerry G.
Very professional, attentive and a very smooth process. All the steps were well planned and explained by Matt and his team followed suit. Matt was calm, knowledgeable and reassuring which made us trust the process and feel as least stressed as possible.
