Jack's professionalism and expertise helped us get a fantastic result for our home in the middle of a very uncertain time. He was able to guide us through the entire process without any stress which is something that we are very grateful for. We highly recommend Jack Sammut to sell your home.

Jack had an excellent knowledge of the area. He had very good communication with us and got the best price for us, despite an uncertain time. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone selling, especially in the Croydon area.

Jack is an amazing and responsible agent. I can easily contact him whenever I have questions. This suggests his professionalism. Whenever I had issues regarding the sale of the property, he suggested appropriate responses.

Through the uncertain times of trying to sell our home whilst begin in lockdown due to covid, we approached Jack from Fletchers for advice on selling our home with a quick turn around. We are pleased we did. Jack worked with us to explain his plan to get our home on everyone's radar, and worked diligently to see our house sold within our time constraints. If you are thinking of selling your home, we would totally recommend contacting Jack Sammut! We did, and what an outcome! :)

I could not have expected any better service. Jack was thoroughly professional and supported the best interests of all parties. I consider that Jack 'went the extra mile' in his efforts and I have no hesitation in recommending his services

From our first contact Jack displayed professionalism and competence. The proposal was clear, concise and confident. Jack streamlined the entire selling process, it was effortless for us. Jack communicated clearly with us at every step of the campaign and negotiated an outstanding price in a very difficult and uncertain property market.

Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our house was always going to be a difficult one to sell being next to a train line but Jack was unstoppable and worked tirelessly until we got an amazing outcome! We highly recommend Jack his communication is on point and he knows his realestate.

Jack Sammut inspires confidence in his marketing skills and his integrity . He has been endlessly patient with my questions and has kept me in touch with progress throughout the selling process.

Jack was pretty up-front from the beginning about what to expect. Given we were selling during the pandemic, he had more conservative expectations and set the target price based on those. He wasn't pushy about telling us what to do, but provided good advice on how to get the house ready, and made the time to help us through the process.

After asking for recommendations on agents, we decided to choose Jack, based on other good reviews. Jack made us feel comfortable, and reassured us that we would have a buyer, during the current COVID-19 lockdown period. He was very knowledgeable, polite, not pushy and prompt with his communication. His calming manner was just what we needed. After two weeks, we had several offers, exceeding our expectations. We would use Jack again and are more than happy to recommend him.

Jack is sympathetic towards our dilemma in selling in the very unusual Co-vid 19 period.

Jack has a friendly personality and not pushy. He attends all inspections to get a feel for the market and what it is telling him. In our own case we had to rearrange the sales range after his evaluation of the market and adjust the price to make it on target and a sale was procured shortly after.
