We knew Jack was the man for the job right from the get go. His market knowledge of the local area was excellent. Jack worked with us to arrive at a good sell price for our home. Jack is very easy to work with due to his friendly nature and I have no reservations in recommending him as a sellers agent.

Jack and his team were very easy to deal with and communicated with us the whole way through. His knowledge and experience were easy to understand. He had stats and up to date house sales to show us. We had not been in the market for over 20 years. We would recommend jack and his team to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Jack was very understanding of me and my mothers situation. He was very professional at organising the sale. Jack keeps me up to date and was a pleasure to talk to. He and his team are friendly and approachable, they know how to get a good outcome.

Before finding Jack I had two other Agents who had months to sell my home and couldn't because they had given me unrealistic expectations and then talked me down below property value "just to get people in the door". Jack didn't do that, he was honest from the start, gave me a price the property was worth and achieved what he promised, followed up after each inspection and within a short period of time had secured a sale. From my experience with this sale, Jack is one of the, sorry to say, few who actually work for the Vendor and not just themselves, and care about a sale. Thank you so much Jack, it was a pleasure to work with you.

We had been looking to buy in the area for well over 12 months before we decided to sell our house so we had lots of contact with the local agents. Jack was the only agent who keep in contact, understood our preferences and checked in with us. We had also been through the buying process with him a number of times. Jack was always fair and honest to all buyers to get a best deal for his vendor. Never grey or went outside lines. So when we decided to sell our house, Jack was a no brainer because if he treats us this way, then he must do this for all buyers. Jack always turns up 15 mins early. Communication is outstanding. There is a reason he is number 1 agent for Croydon, he’s fair and honest. We would sell with him again.

Jack was a great listener from the very beginning and honest in setting our expectations. He communicated regularly with us throughout the process and knew the local area thoroughly. Mostly we appreciated his efforts to support our wishes and find the best result at the end of the day!

The experience of selling our house with Jack (and his team) has been exceptional. We have never sold a house and this was a first experience for us. He came across as extremely knowledgeable of the markets, trends, and overall planning required to sell the house. His suggestions were timely and catered to our specific requirements. Really smooth transactions without any surprises. Highly recommend Jack & his team to sell your property.

Jack was friendly and professional, providing helpful advice and waiting patiently while we prepared our property for sale. His understanding of the market was first rate, leading to plenty of interest and a very quick sale

Jack made the process of selling our home as easy as it could possibly be. We appreciated his large amounts of local knowledge, honesty, advice and work ethic. He got us the result we were looking for and I will forever be thankful. I can highly recommend Jack and will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.

Jack was very knowledgeable, efficient and I was very happy with the end result we achieved. He communicated regularly and clearly through the whole process. I highly recommend!

This was our fourth time selling our family home and this has been our best experience. From our first meeting we found Jack to be open and genuine and this gave us the confidence to put our home in his hands. He worked hard to get us a quick sale at a good price in a difficult market. The whole extended team were great to work with and we appreciated how they took into account our thoughts when it came to marketing our property. It was a relaxed experience with a happy outcome.
