I had a number of agents from different real estate firms before Rohan. Some were friendly showered me or my property with compliments; but I know now that none were truly professional. They didn't discuss different approaches and marketing strategies and I don't believe they had the ability to communicate effectively with potential purchasers. Rohan was absolutely fabulous to work with and nothing was too much trouble. Other agents failed to properly supervise inspections; they failed to lock up following inspections and generally failed to follow up after inspections.
