Fil knocked on my door around August 2019 after he had sold a property around the corner from my house. I had mentioned I was thinking of selling so he kept in regular contact with me and had let me know about all of the other places he had been selling in the area and how the market was travelling. I had a couple of agents appraise my property and I was disappointed at the figures I had been told. I’ve sold twice before with another local agency and both times I wasn’t really happy with the final sale price.
