A smooth and respectful experience

When searching for my new home, I was always attending inspections with a view to find the agent who I could trust to sell my home. When I first met Fil, I immediately felt comfortable and not pressured. I liked his approach and felt pretty instantly that he was who I wanted to represent the sale of my own home. Fil was always realistic and communicative, stepping me through every part of the sale, the first and only time I have bene through this process. I did my due diligence and interviewed other agents, but confidently came back to the person who I felt humanised this experience for me. As a solo, female seller, there was never a moment I didn't feel respected. Selling your home, whilst tied up in the excitement of moving to a new place, can come with mixed emotions. Fil was able to offer in-depth information, both personal and analytical about the potential buyers so that I could make a decision which best aligned with my values, not simply financial outcome. His negotiation skills were top tier, as timing, not only price was valuable for me to consider. I think that Fil represents his clients professionally, and after a long time in the industry, clearly still has a passion for what he does. I have had multiple people close to me agree that Fil was the right choice of agent, not only for the great outcomes he got for me, but from reflecting on their own personal experiences.
