Fil was knowledgeable, transparent and completely approachable throughout the whole process. Being the purchase of our first home, we had a considerable amount of questions and Fil made himself available whenever was necessary and answered all questions with clarity. Fil never led us astray, consistently followed through and went above and beyond to ensure all parties were treated with respect and care.
