I purchased from one of Filippo's clients and found him to be helpful, informative, and easy to deal with throughout the process. He was proactive on keeping me in the loop, went out of his way to arrange extra viewings for me, and generally a pleasure to deal with.
Filippo did a great job.We always felt he was on our side, working for us.
Very efficient and helpful with everything. Filipino’s assistant Xavier Lucas was so responsive to all our questions and requests.
Filippo quietly secured and above market price for my property. I gave him quite a few hurdles to overcome during the sale however his experience showed thru the process and a really high price was achieved. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Filippo again.
Filippo led a very successful campaign for our property at Marrickville with strong community engagement at open houses and online. The marketing of the property was well targeted and he obviously knows the area well. Having moved out of Sydney we really appreciated his going the extra mile teeing up any inspections and even the stylist. Filippo kept us well informed throughout the campaign and his advice proved accurate and was always helpful. The sale price achieved through auction exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with the result. We would highly recommend Filippo and the team at Raine and Horne Marrickville - a pleasure to deal with, deep knowledge of the area and the market and dedicated to achieving a good result. Thanks Filippo!
Filippo is a professional. He was very flexible and helped us through the purchase process when needed. There was no pressure and he kept us informed. Overall, a pleasure to deal with.

Filipo kept all parties informed throughout the process. He worked hard to achieve a good outcome for both buyer and seller.
Filippo and the team were a pleasure to work with. This was the first property we have sold and unsure of the whole process. From the initial meeting, Filippo gave us clear and unambigious information. This meant that we were making informed confident decisions. Our property was sold at the price we wanted. Our thanks again to Filippo and the team.
Filippo is a highly experienced and knowledgeable agent who knows the market well. He works hard to find the right outcome for both the buyer and seller.
