Filippo walks you through the plan / timeline for the sale of your house and is happy to answer any questions you might have. What I noticed most, is that Filippo will pause and listen (i.e. its two-way conversation which is rare these days). I also think he must be a bit of a night owl as I frequently received late night updates on the sale. Finally, Filippo achieved a sale price on my property that far exceeded my expectations.
