I would not recommend to use Filippo as an agent to sell my property. There was miss understandings from day one to the end of the campaign. I feel he could have done better negotiating to get a higher price and did not give us good advise. His Commission structure was very miss leading and so was the advertising price list. Be Careful.

In my opinion, the real estate industry is often confusing, non-transparent and often more emotional than logical, as such it is crucial to get the right agent to help to get the desired outcome. We picked Filippo due to his easy going, approachable manner, as well as his sales record in our relevant price range. During the campaign Filippo was able to use his background in hospitality to engage the buyers in a friendly manner, he did not seem to get flustered under pressure in either dealing with the vendor or the potential buyers. Lastly he was able to get to the agreed target price which is probably the most important thing from a vendor's perspective.

So pleased with the result Filippo achieved for my home. He is one of the best in the area because he is honest and open and always friendly. He kept in touch throughout the campaign and called after the opens to let me know how everything was progressing. He achieved a spectacular result.
