After reviewing nearby house sales, I had verbally arranged to sell my house to a neighbour for $1,750,000. In light of the fact that Filippo is the highest selling agent in Marrickville, I agreed to engage Raine & Horne Marrickville to see if they could convincingly beat that price. Filippo, together with the residential and commercial teams at Raine & Horne, generated a strong interest amongst both home-owner buyers and local developers which resulted in a strong turn-out at the auction and they achieved an incredible price of $2,215,000. I could hardly believe that they could beat the $1,750,000 price by $465,000. I imagine that I could possibly use that $465,000 to purchase a life-time annuity which could produce an income stream which is almost equal to a single person's old age pension. I would recommend Filippo to anyone who wants to achieve the top sale price for their home.

In placing our house on the market we had the added stress of an unforeseen and serious decline in my wife’s health to deal with. Our daughters were very helpful in seeing us through this time and it is thanks to them that we met Filippo. Our younger daughter has been involved in several real estate transactions of her own and has a network of friends in similar situations.
