As a buyers agent, I transact on a number of properties with Fil each year. He is proof that you can always represent your client (in this case, the owner) strongly and fairly, whilst not burning a bridge with the buyer and their representative (me) and knowing just how far to push things. Fil is not the cookie cutter real estate agent you almost always run into; he operates (what I call) the 'old school' honourable way of doing things where you respect both the seller and the buyer.
