Filippo and his team (Xavier & Sophia) were very good right from the start and managed the sale process very well. Filippo's task was to make an auction, and he did that as we had 8 registered active bidders on auction night which was great. Filippo’s auctioneer is also very good. Filippo is a very good communicator and was able to cultivate interested parties throughout the process and kept us up to date on a weekly basis with detailed information, incl. insights and opinions. The process was well planned and explained and Filippo sought our input and opinion along the way. We had a few pre-auction offers and Filippo put them to us, but didn't push us on any pre-auction offer, and at the end of the day we went to auction which was the right decision. We took some extra time to get our home ready for auction, as we both work FT jobs, and Filippo was gracious and understanding. He popped around a good few times to check our progress and was always helpful with comments and suggestions. If you’re selling in Marrickville or surrounds, Filippo and his team are the first choice in my opinion, and we are very happy with the result.
